Mary Ann O’Donnell, professor emerita of English and former dean of the school of liberal arts, Manhattan College, now serves as an adjunct professor at the Bedford Hills College Program, a degree-granting program in a maximum-security prison for women. Her publications include two editions of the primary and secondary bibliography of Aphra Behn, and several co-edited collections of papers on Behn, the most recent of which is the MLA Approaches to Teaching Oroonoko, with Cynthia Richards.
